The first part of Christmas this year!

This Christmas was one of the best ever!!!

We spent Christmas with the Erickson's again this year but because this Christmas was a Sunday we went to church.

We wanted this Christmas to be a little extra special and not let our gifts to each other get lost with the rest of the presents, so we did a little Christmas at home before church.

I got a treasure box with pretty birds on top from Adalie, a pea in the pod necklace to represent us older sisters from Kylia, sweet pea lotion from mommy and daddy. After those we opened cards from extended family I got a ten dollar gift card to Barnes and Noble from Uncle Brant and Aunt Jackie, and fifteen dollars from our Great Grandpa and Grandma Bunfill.

But there were four other presents under the tree from mommy and daddy. Daddy said that they all went together so we opened them all at once.  I got a dog bed, Kylia got puppy shampoo and a dog brush, Adalie got a pink puppy harness and leash, and Leilani got a puppy gate. (Can you guess what we got?)

"A PUPPY? WE GOT A PUPPY?" That is what all of us girls said.

Our neighbors went to Paris for Christmas so they asked us to watch their Mastiff named Sabel, and their puppy that they were trying to sell.

Daddy had promised us a puppy for a long time and this Christmas we got one!  Daddy had been praying and asking God for confirmation that this dog was ours and when our neighbors wanted us to watch her he felt that it was ours. The first day we watched her daddy thought that we got along well so he and mommy got her for us.

She is a mini Australian shepherd.  Her name is Cabella Morgan Himes. Here is a picture of her

                                                                       Isn't she cute?
Well that is the first part of our morning then we went to church and then over to the Erickson's for more presents. It was a fun day with lots of presents.  I got really excited and lost my voice, but it was worth it. Loved every moment of it. I hope you have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
