Exploring The Deschutes

Our first hike we went on was THE DESCHUTES!
When we got there we found this place with a very tall, picnic table, and a very good view of the Deschutes, (if you stand on the table).
This is daddy and Kylia looking at the view.  Isn't it beautiful!?!
Me and Grandma by the Deschutes, snuggling close together.
It was a very sunny day, so we didn't really need sweatshirts and coats.
The sun was warm.  It was a beautiful day!
We found this really cool log!  Adalie climbed up, and then grandpa,
and I just showed that they conquered the log.
There is Kylia on the log.  Isn't she precious?
Sitting on the log with her Ba-Ba-Banana shirt, just relaxing.
We conquered this rock!  You can see because of the picture.
Adalie conquered an even harder rock to conquer.  It was amazing!
It was very hard because it was very pointy.  So, daddy had to save her.
And guess what?!!  I saw a lizard.

It was a fun time with Grandma and Grandpa at Eagle Crest.
You can find more of these fun adventures at Fun With Family.  Enjoy!

Making Fall Napkins

Today we are making some napkins.  It has been so much fun!  My sisters and I made them all by ourselves.  First we cut the fabric.
 Then we iron the edges.
 Then we pin the edges.
This is how it turns out after you pin it!  Now we sew.  That's the funnest part!  When you get to the corner, you put down your needle, you lift up the foot, turn your fabric around, and then you sew again.  And when you get to the very last corner, you do a back stitch, go forward a little, and this is how it turns out when it is done!  Here they are!

Glow!

Tonight we did glow in the dark Frisbees with headlights and glow sticks.
It was so cool!!  These are some of the pictures mommy took.  It was really dark out so you had to use a head light or have a glow stick so you would know who to throw it to.
It was funny too, because there were people throwing the Frisbees at a truck on accident.
See all of the different colors?  Some of these pictures are people dancing around with their lights on.  It's sort of hard to tell because you can't see their faces.
These are all the people we played with.  I'll name them out one-by-one: Justin, who made this all possible, (He brought the Frisbees.), me, as you know, who wrote this blog, Isaiah, Emma, Adalie and Kylia, Daddy and Auntie Amber, Gabe, and somebody else.  It was the best night ever!
Well, that's my story of the Frisbee throwing, light shining, awesome night of the amazing, wonderful, Frisbee!!

Here's more photos!  Enjoy!!
